Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Strong customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to handle job-related stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively environment
Job Duties
- Prepare party areas by setting up tables
- Take orders and attend to guest needs
- Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout party events
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle guest concerns and facilitate a positive environment
