The Party Host role at CEC Entertainment is an exciting position perfect for individuals passionate about providing memorable experiences to guests, especially children celebrating special occasions. Party Hosts play a vital role in making every event lively and enjoyable by preparing the party area, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has an unforgettable experience full of happiness and fun. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.81 to $18.81 and additional commission potentials depending on whether the position is exempt or non-exempt. Exempt employees can earn commissions between $0.50 and $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees can earn between $2.00 and $8.00 for Membership sales and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes. These commissions are paid bi-weekly unless otherwise required by state law.
