Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willing to comply with health and safety protocols
- pass any required background checks as applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- ability to engage positively with children and families
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and cross-train in various roles
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders and attend to guests during events
- ensure the birthday child has a memorable and enjoyable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
- assist in coordinating party activities and entertainment
- support team members to deliver excellent customer service
- handle transactions and membership/Fun Pass sales as needed
