Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Capacity to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
Successful completion of background check in compliance with company policies
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Willingness to learn and perform cross-training in multiple roles
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables
Take orders from guests and ensure timely service
Attend to party guests and address their needs
Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable experience
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe party environment
Assist with managing party schedules and activities
Uphold company standards for customer service and safety
