Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Willingness to adhere to company health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
Take orders and attend to guests during events
Ensure the birthday child and guests have an enjoyable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
Assist with coordinating party activities and games
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Support other team members through cross-training and collaboration
