Party Hosts play a crucial role in elevating the guest experience by managing birthday parties and special events. They are responsible for setting up the party area, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that every birthday child has a memorable and fun celebration. Compensation for Party Hosts includes commission potential based on memberships and Fun Pass sales, with payments made bi-weekly. In addition to competitive pay, employees enjoy a 50% discount on meals during shifts, scholarships, and participation in perks and discounts programs.
