Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- able to handle job stress and work effectively with team members and guests
- comply with health and safety standards
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages
- basic math skills for handling orders and transactions
- effective communication abilities
- ability to work flexible shifts
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take orders and attend to guests during parties
- ensure the birthday child and guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- assist in coordinating party activities and entertainment
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- follow health and safety protocols
