The position accommodates a flexible schedule with availability needed for days, nights, and weekends. While prior food and beverage or party hosting experience is a plus, it is not mandatory, as Main Event values a guest-focused mindset and teamwork. The role comes with an hourly wage ranging between $7.25 and $12, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation.
