Specifically located within the Arena Sports facility in Redmond, the party host position is an integral role designed to facilitate memorable celebrations and events. Party Hosts at TBCC are energetic, enthusiastic professionals who specialize in hosting children's parties by delivering engaging activities while parents enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The role requires greeting families, assisting with waiver forms, and managing the smooth flow of activities from setup through cleanup. Hosts serve food, beverages, and cake, oversee guests' belongings, and ensure adherence to established schedules. An essential aspect is maintaining a high standard of customer service, with the ability to address concerns collaboratively and creatively to enhance guest satisfaction.
This position is offered as an hourly role with an estimated base pay of $17.66 per hour and includes access to a comprehensive benefits package. Job Duties
- Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas
- greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
- explain the rules and policies
- accompany children during pre-arranged activities
- serve food, beverages, and cake
- manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests
- monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
- collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
- performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
