Job Requirements

Less than a high school diploma or equivalent with no prior work experience
First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days from hire
Food handlers certification required or ability to obtain within ninety (90) days from hire

Job Duties

Provides excellent customer service, addressing customers by phone and in-person
Place timely and accurate cake orders based on customer specifications
Prepares room for party by setting out cake, tableware, drinks, balloons and party favors
Preparation and assisting in service of food along with various other tasks as needed
Responsible for cleanup and restocking once parties are completed
