Urban Air New Tampa is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This fun-filled role is perfect for those who love working with kids, enjoy being energetic and engaging, and thrive in dynamic social environments. As a Party Host, you will be the face of the party guests’ experience, ensuring that all celebrations are executed flawlessly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a warm smile, setting up the party room, assisting parents and guests as needed, and even bringing out the hot, fresh pizza to delight party attendees. Timing and energy are critical, so you will use your keen sense of timing to pump up the energy, coordinate the cake presentation, and prepare the venue for the next group of guests.

Not only will you have the opportunity to excel in the party host role, but Urban Air also offers training to work in various positions within the park. This means your day-to-day duties will stay fresh and engaging without becoming monotonous. Flexibility and variety are key benefits of this job. This position is ideal for candidates aged 16 or older who have a great personality and enjoy interacting with people. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Communication skills are critical, as you will be handling a variety of situations and working closely with both children and adults. The role requires availability for at least two weekend days out of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to ensure optimal service during peak times.
