The Party Host role at Main Event is a dynamic and exciting position essential to the success of the celebrations and events held at the venue. As a Party Host, you will serve as the face of the birthday celebration, ensuring that every party runs smoothly, guests are engaged, and each event is filled with joy and memorable interactions. The position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who thrives on creating fun experiences and can manage multiple tasks effortlessly. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, facilitating scheduled activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting with managing party logistics such as gift and cake handling. This role also involves close communication with party parents and planners to anticipate and meet their needs, enabling them to enjoy the event without any worry. Compensation for the role starts from $10.10 to $11.75 per hour, reflecting a part-time or flexible employment opportunity suitable for those passionate about customer service and entertainment. Job Duties

Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
Welcoming and engaging with arriving birthday parties and serving as their host throughout scheduled activities
Creating memorable experiences by interacting with party guests during the event
Monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent or planner
Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake if applicable
Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event
