Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact positively with children and families
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, social environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts

- Build birthday party guest relationships during parties to book future events
- Engage with parents during live birthday parties and events
- Share party options and help parents secure their next birthday party on the spot
- Meet or exceed monthly booking targets
- Offer exclusive in-the-moment incentives to encourage immediate bookings
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for
- Create positive, memorable interactions with every parent
