- Build birthday party guest relationships during in the moment birthday parties to book future events at your facility
- Engage with parents during live birthday parties and events
- Share party options and help parents secure their next birthday party on the spot
- Meet or exceed monthly booking target for birthday party bookings
- Offer exclusive in-the-moment incentives to encourage booking today
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, excited, and taken care of
