The Party Coordinator role at Urban Air Murrieta is an essential position within the birthday party department responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of party operations. Serving as the first point of contact for guests, the Party Coordinator collaborates with individuals and groups to design custom party packages that include food, drinks, and access to various attractions. This role is not only customer-facing but also managerial, as it involves training and leading party staff members to ensure smooth party experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
