Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- ability to work evening shifts during the week
- experience in team leadership or customer service preferred
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- willingness to mentor and support team members
- ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor

Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as first point of contact for guests
- design custom party packages incorporating food, drinks, and attractions
- train and mentor party staff members
- manage birthday party operations and ensure adherence to party management system
- exceed guest expectations and strive for 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
