It is important to note that this is a temporary position without benefits, ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment or supplemental income. \n\nUnder the direction of the Facility Services Coordinator, the successful candidate will assist in all aspects of birthday party preparation and execution, facility rentals, and addressing customer requests. This includes managing the check-in process for birthday party groups, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and reviewing the facility's rules with guests. The role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to respond to customer needs quickly and positively. Additionally, responsibilities include minor custodial duties and maintaining the upkeep and preservation of the facility to uphold a clean and safe environment. \n\nThe candidate will be expected to document customer interactions and activities for the full-time staff, communicate effectively with the Rental Services Coordinator regarding any customer service requirements, and provide facility tours to potential renters. Enforcing facility policies during rentals is also a key part of the job, making sure that all guests comply with established guidelines to ensure a smooth operation. \n\nThis role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with children and parents, has patience, tact, and courteous interpersonal skills, and can handle conflict resolution effectively. A background in hospitality services or customer service is beneficial. Candidates with current First Aid and CPR certification or those willing to obtain these credentials within six weeks of employment are preferred. Fluency in Spanish is also considered an advantage but not required. The position will require a successful background check in accordance with RCW 43.43.832 standards. Job Requirements

  • Experience working with children and parents

  • Must pass a background check pursuant to RCW 43.43.832
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
