Job Requirements
- Experience working with children and parents
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain within six weeks of employment
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to perform physical job functions
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must pass a background check pursuant to RCW 43.43.832
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with children and parents
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate a plus
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- Successful candidates will be subject to a background check pursuant to RCW 43.43.832
- Knowledge of hospitality services principles and practices
- Ability to resolve conflicts positively
- Effective communication skills
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions
- Ability to interact positively with diverse individuals
Job Duties
- Greet and check in birthday party groups
- Make sure all paperwork is signed and go over rules with guests
- Respond to customer requests
- document each activity for full-time staff
- Prepare and clean up birthday party rooms for each party
- Solve problems quickly and in a positive manner
- Maintain upkeep and preservation of the facility as needed
- Inform Rental Services Coordinator of customer service requirements
- Answer questions, provide tours to interested parties and respond to the needs of visitors
- Facilitate rentals and enforce policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
