Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Irving, Texas, Michaels also owns Artistree, a manufacturer of custom and specialty framing merchandise. With a vision to fuel the joy of creativity and celebration, Michaels is dedicated to providing an enriching environment for both its customers and employees. The company embraces diversity and inclusion and stands as an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to full inclusion of all qualified individuals, ensuring reasonable accommodations are available as needed.

The position is designed to enhance the overall customer experience by delivering fun, creativity, and memorable celebrations in a stress-free environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple events simultaneously, interacting with guests of all ages from children to seniors, and ensuring all parties run smoothly and efficiently in line with company standards.
Beyond event management, the role involves offering exceptional customer service by helping shoppers locate merchandise, guiding product selections, and providing checkout assistance.
