Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience planning and coordinating children’s events
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to engage creatively and effectively with people of all ages
- Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively
- Capability to multitask and adjust plans based on client needs
- Standing for long periods and physical ability to bend, lift, and carry

- Experience in event coordination or related customer service roles
- Ability to work with clients of all ages including children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal

- Retail or customer service experience required
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple events
- Basic administrative skills including email and phone communication
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and other activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and execute company policies
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
