Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or retail
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects and reach high shelves
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and carrying
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements

- Experience working with children and managing children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Excellent people skills

- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction for all scheduled events
- Uphold company cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Promote rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on customer feedback surveys
- Support omni channel processes including buy online pickup in store and ship from store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store appearance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
