Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup or emergency plans
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully with others and promote the organization's values
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness duties
