Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Experience with children's events preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, and reach regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders as needed
- Ability to handle job stress and interact positively with others
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as required
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects, perform face painting, and other activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members about events
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- Create and execute backup or emergency plans as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform store optimization and other assigned duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully with guests and team members
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
