Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service environment
- Ability to engage and interact with children and adults
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Capability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
- Ability to follow company standard operating procedures and comply with safety regulations
- Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup emergency plans
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store in-stock optimization
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully and promote company values
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
