Job Description

TruckPro is a leading distributor specializing in heavy-duty truck parts, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service across the trucking industry. Recognized for its robust inventory and dependable solutions, TruckPro operates with a focus on teamwork, continuous improvement, and fostering a workplace culture that values its employees and their contributions. The company is dedicated to supporting the success and growth of both its customers and team members, leveraging its extensive experience and knowledge in the heavy-duty truck parts market. TruckPro's operational excellence comes from an environment that embraces open collaboration and personal development, providing employees with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing professional training. This supportive culture underpins TruckPro's reputation as a trusted partner in the trucking community, ensuring customers receive not only parts but also advice and service that meet the highest standards.

The Parts Delivery (NON-CDL) - Warehouse Associate position at TruckPro plays a crucial role in bridging the warehouse and delivery functions to ensure timely and accurate distribution of heavy-duty truck parts. This position involves managing transactions related to delivering and receiving parts, handling physical warehouse tasks such as receiving, organizing, and packing parts, shipping orders efficiently, and maintaining inventory integrity by removing sold parts from stock. The role requires the associate to deliver parts to local customers within the market while recording sales and delivery details meticulously. The delivery aspect of the job also includes engaging with customers to identify additional needs, collecting payment, and maintaining the delivery vehicle according to company standards. Operating in a non-CDL capacity, this role demands a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, coupled with the physical ability to handle heavy parts—lifting up to and beyond 50 pounds—and the competency to operate industrial equipment like forklifts. With the convenience of paid training, TruckPro equips team members with the skills they need to excel in both the warehouse and delivery areas. This full-time, day-shift role may occasionally require work on Saturday mornings to support store operations. Included in the comprehensive benefits package are competitive pay, health coverage options (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, paid time off with no waiting period, holiday pay, and employee referral bonuses. This position offers a stable employment opportunity within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and customer service are top priorities. Individuals passionate about logistics, customer interaction, and heavy-duty parts will find this role rewarding and integral to TruckPro’s ongoing success.
