Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old or older
- Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Pass a background check
- Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not necessary
- Team player and able to work well with others
- Self-motivated with ability to work without supervision
- Detail oriented and quick learner
- Computer knowledge helpful
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to evaluate and solve problems
- Be in good standing with the company
- Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Flexible schedule with availability to work any day of the week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- This is a full-time position starting at $17 an hour
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with inventory control or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with internal computer systems for parts management
- Ability to operate forklift
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to handle physical demands of lifting up to 75 pounds
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Conduct warehouse and stockroom inventory cycle counts
- Utilize internal computer program to issue, return, and process parts and tooling from stock
- Drive company vehicle to airport gates for COMAT and AOG deliveries and road trips
- Verify, pull, and prepare shipments and receipts
- Perform data entry including emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions
- Operate forklift to load and unload shipments
- Maintain warehouse and stockroom organization by sweeping, mopping, and upkeep
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the manager
