The Partnerships Coordinator role on the Sports Properties team at Learfield is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports marketing and eager to build a career in corporate sponsorship activations.   • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games

Job Qualifications

  • Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games
  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience supporting sponsorships, sports events, or gameday operations preferred
  • Comfort working in live event environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders preferred

Job Duties

  • Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms
  • Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with organization partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders serving as a trusted and respected representative of Learfield and the property
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables
  • Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotions
  • Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on-site execution
  • Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements
  • Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting
  • Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments (e.g., sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
