Learfield values candidates who demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a results-driven mentality, and the ability to inspire and motivate others within the team. Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role, supporting data management, presentations, and reporting tasks. Additionally, the coordinator must be available to work a standard 40-hour week, which includes coverage of home games and selected sporting events, ensuring consistent execution and presence on game days.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals passionate about sports marketing and team collaboration. Learfield provides a supportive environment where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged, making it an ideal fit for candidates seeking advancement within the sports media and partnership solutions sector. The employment is full-time and comes with a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible paid time off, parental leave, 20 paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and short/long-term disability insurance.
