Learfield is actively seeking a Partnership Solutions Coordinator to work on campus who will serve as a vital contributor to the success of both Learfield and the athletic properties. This role is ideal for an experienced, well-organized individual passionate about sales support and partnership fulfillment in a fast-paced sports environment. The Partnership Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing key partnership elements that enhance the Game Day experience for corporate partners and fans alike. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between corporate partners, property staff, and the athletic department; managing marketing inventory and contracts; assisting with signage, radio, print, digital, and event fulfillment; supporting General Manager with budgeting and expense reporting; handling corporate hospitality and promotional activities; as well as overseeing game day operations for sports programs and guiding property assistants.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail. They should demonstrate leadership capabilities and be able to motivate others while developing and maintaining relationships across diverse demographics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required along with the ability to work 40 hours per week including home games and select sporting events. Prior experience in sales support or sports administration is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in business, sports administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Duties
- serve as liaison between corporate partners, property staff and athletic department
- manage and track all marketing inventory for the property
- create and deliver marketing contracts and agreements
- assist property staff with all fulfillment needs for signage, radio, print, digital and events
- assist the general manager with expense reporting, invoicing and other budgetary needs
- assist with corporate hospitality, tickets, in-game promotions and other activities
- manage game program sales for select sporting events
- manage all game day property assistants for select sports programs
- work with game day property assistants to provide proof of performances for in-venue sponsorship elements
- prospect for potential corporate partners
