Learfield harnesses the passion of live college sports and the loyalty of fan bases to create best-in-class sports communications, revenue generation, and brand-building opportunities. The organization is deeply committed to fostering inclusive environments where both employees and partners thrive, prioritizing innovation and excellence in every aspect of its operations.
The role of Partnership Solutions Coordinator at Learfield is a vital position that directly contributes to the success of both Learfield and its affiliated properties, particularly on campus. This full-time position plays a key role in forging and maintaining strong collaborative ties between corporate partners, university athletic departments, and property staffs. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison, ensuring seamless implementation of partnership elements and a positive Game Day experience for both fans and partners.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Partnership Solutions Coordinator is responsible for managing a variety of operational and administrative functions. These include overseeing marketing inventory, handling contracts and agreements, coordinating signage, radio, print, digital fulfillment, and event needs. Additionally, the coordinator assists in budget management tasks such as expense reporting and invoicing, supports hospitality and promotional activities, manages game program sales, and leads game day property assistants. The role demands excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to improving sales and processes, and the capability to cultivate strong relationships across diverse groups. The position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work 40 hours per week, including during home games and select sporting events.
Learfield offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, demonstrating its commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, life and other insurances, flexible paid time off with a minimum of 10 days annually, parental leave, 20 paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and short/long-term disability coverage. The company also maintains adherence to leave policies that comply with relevant state and local laws, such as the Colorado Health Families and Workplaces Act. Learfield is an equal opportunity employer, fostering a workplace free from discrimination based on race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, pregnancy or related medical conditions, veteran status, or disability. This ensures a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees are respected and valued for their contributions.
