Job Description

PBR, or Professional Bull Riders, Inc., is the world's premier bull riding organization, renowned for showcasing the most thrilling and competitive bull riding events globally. Established as a leader in its field, PBR hosts more than 1,000 bull riders competing in over 200 events annually. These events span their flagship tour, the PBR Unleash The Beast (UTB), which is nationally televised and displays the talents of the top bull riders in the world, as well as additional tours such as the PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) and the PBR Touring Pro Division (TPD). Beyond the U.S., PBR has expanded its reach with international circuits in Australia, Brazil, and Canada, reflecting its global appeal and fanbase.

In 2022, PBR introduced the innovative PBR Teams league, a nationally televised competition where eight teams of elite bull riders battle for a championship, further expanding the sport's exposure and fan engagement. This league is set to grow to 10 teams in 2024, signaling robust growth and interest in the sport. Complementing the Teams league, the PBR Challenger Series features more than 60 events nationwide, providing rising talents with a platform to showcase their skills. Digital innovation is also central to PBR's strategy, with platforms like PBR RidePass on Pluto TV catering specifically to Western sports enthusiasts.

PBR operates as a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, Inc., a prominent sports and entertainment company publicly traded on the NYSE under the ticker TKO. TKO's portfolio includes iconic brands such as the UFC and WWE, which collectively reach over 1 billion households in 210 countries and territories and organize upwards of 500 live events annually, attracting millions of fans. TKO's infrastructure and global footprint offer PBR significant resources and visibility in the sports entertainment world.

The role of Coordinator, Partnership Marketing at PBR is a critical position supporting the Partnership Marketing Team. This full-time role involves assisting in partnership account activities and actively contributing to the creation, development, and execution of partner initiatives and events. The Coordinator plays a vital role in account management duties and activation-related planning, working cross-functionally with various departments to tailor and implement partnership objectives effectively.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual passionate about the sports and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects independently, thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively within a team setting. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding and weekly check-in calls with partners, managing account plans and timelines, inputting sales data into CRM systems, facilitating communication across departments such as Corporate Partnerships, Legal and Finance, and assisting with creative executions for in-arena and retail experiences.

Moreover, the Coordinator helps collect broadcast and live-event assets, coordinates the approval of partner materials, distributes communications, schedules rider appearances, and occasionally travels to select events to provide on-site support. The role also entails monitoring digital and social media deliverables, managing tickets and hospitality allocations, coordinating fan and hospitality events, and contributing to key company initiatives and partner participation. Developing an in-depth understanding of PBR, its sales processes, and partner businesses is essential.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with the professional bull riding industry and be part of a high-energy team at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and marketing. Candidates with a background or passion in Western sports, live events, or player operations and familiarity with the professional bull riding community are especially encouraged to apply. PBR fosters an inclusive and equal opportunity workplace, ensuring merit-based employment decisions and accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities, in line with all applicable laws and TKO’s policies.
