The role of Partnership Event Coordinator is a full-time position based in Boston, MA, with extensive event travel requirements. As a crucial member of the Sponsorship Department, this role will report to the Manager of Partnership Event Services. The Partnership Event Coordinator is the onsite operational lead responsible for the flawless execution, quality, and delivery of all partnership activations across Spartan's portfolio of events, including Spartan, Tough Mudder, and DEKA. This position requires an individual with a strong background in event or account management and demonstrated experience in activating major events. Strategic thinking combined with creativity, and the ability to execute projects meticulously, are vital skills for success in this role.
This position demands managing partner commitments from initial contracts through to the activation and evaluation stages, ensuring that partner deliverables translate seamlessly into engaging and impactful onsite experiences. The Partnership Event Coordinator will work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Spartan Production and Logistics to ensure smooth execution and compliance with event standards. They will also handle day-to-day management of partner relationships at events, oversee partner-specific inventory, help onboard partner exhibitors and vendors, and support post-event reporting, feedback collection, and partnership growth initiatives. The coordinator is expected to maintain internal calendars, administrative tasks, and participate in partnership and event production meetings while potentially collaborating with sales and partnership development teams to develop innovative marketing and promotional packages.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sport management, communications or related field
- Relevant event management experience
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record working well with multiple teams across various channels
- Proven and effective communication and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in google workspace
- Ability to move equipment and/or materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- Comfortable performing duties in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Willingness to travel up to 75 percent of the time, work nights and weekends
- Must be willing to work in boston, ma when not travelling
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the execution of partner deliverables and on-the-ground activations for national, regional and local partner roster
- Work cross-functionally to develop and maintain processes to ensure timely delivery of contract execution and post-event reporting
- Responsible for day to day relationship of multiple brands/partners, including partner and agency teams, specifically at events
- Manage partner-specific inventory at each event
- Support onboarding of partner exhibitors and vendors, ensuring compliance with event operational standards
- Work collaboratively with Spartan Production & Logistics teams to execute partner deliverables at events
- Assist with post-event reporting, recap documentation, and feedback collection to support partnership growth and innovations
