Odoo is currently seeking a Partner Account Executive / Channel Account Executive for its North America Partnerships team. This hybrid role, based in Brisbane, California, offers a dynamic work environment with three days onsite and two days remote work per week. The primary focus of this position is to recruit new partner organizations to join the Odoo partner network and expand the reach of Odoo's ERP software across the region. As a Partner Account Executive, you will have the exciting opportunity to introduce partners to Odoo's suite of business applications, enabling them to offer these alongside their existing services and develop new revenue streams. You will play a key role in managing partner relationships within a defined territory, guiding new partners through onboarding processes, and facilitating successful sales cycles.
This role demands a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong ability to drive initiatives and close deals. Full training on the Odoo ecosystem is provided, equipping you with in-depth product knowledge and sales strategies needed to support and tailor implementations for partners effectively. Your responsibilities will include recruiting partners through data-driven strategies, utilizing the BANT approach to qualify leads, and employing advanced analytics including Python and SQL to optimize sales and strategic growth. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas by effectively managing pipelines and forecasting sales opportunities is essential. In addition, you will be involved in designing customized implementation packages and negotiating terms that align with partner goals and Odoo’s business strategy.
Odoo offers competitive compensation with an on-target earnings range of $70,000 to $90,000, including a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Duties
- Conduct company partnership recruitment for the Odoo ERP software using research-based data analytics, score tracking using CRM and evaluating candidates using the BANT strategy
- develop strategies to increase revenue using the Odoo scoring lead system to project business revenue growth, identify potential up-sells and cross-selling opportunities, and help adapt Odoo ERP software for future clients using Python and SQL
- analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data from Odoo software, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards to report to the manager
- meet or exceed monthly assigned Account Executive sales quotas by accurately forecasting, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, and advancing deals to closure per projected timelines
- work in a consultative fashion to design tailored implementation packages and negotiate content with future partners
