The role of Partner Account Executive / Channel Account Executive - Dutch Required, based in Brisbane, California, offers a hybrid working environment with three days onsite and two days remote. This Sales role forms a critical part of Odoo's Partnerships team. As a Partner Account Executive, you will focus on recruiting new partners to Odoo’s partner network by pursuing warm leads, presenting Odoo’s modular ERP solutions, and creating opportunities for partners to increase their revenue streams by offering these tools alongside their current services. This position requires managing these partner relationships within a specific territory, leading partners through onboarding, and guiding them throughout the sales cycle. The position provides full training on the Odoo ecosystem ensuring candidates are well-equipped to close deals and support tailored implementations.

This role seeks proactive, results-driven professionals who demonstrate a strong 'get-it-done' attitude. Core responsibilities include conducting partnership recruitment using advanced data analytics, CRM score tracking, and evaluating prospects with the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) strategy. Candidates will develop strategies for revenue growth using Odoo's lead scoring system and will adapt ERP solutions using Python and SQL to customize offerings for clients. They will analyze and report on key business metrics through dashboards and trends analysis to support managerial decision-making. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and pipeline management is essential, alongside negotiating bespoke implementation packages with partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in English and Dutch professional or native/bilingual reading writing and speaking
  • Strong awareness of software and new technologies
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity about business operations

Job Duties

  • Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software employing data analytics CRM score tracking and BANT strategy evaluation
  • Develop revenue-increasing strategies using the Odoo scoring lead system projecting business revenue identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and adapting Odoo ERP software for clients with Python and SQL
  • Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data analyzing trends and creating dashboards in Odoo software for managerial reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly Account Executive sales quotas through accurate forecasting effective pipeline management and advancing deals to closure within projected timelines
  • Work in a consultative manner to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with future partners
