This pivotal role focuses on developing and managing Odoo's partner network, particularly engaging Dutch-speaking candidates to enhance regional outreach and partner recruitment efforts. As an Account Executive within the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for pursuing warm leads, recruiting new organizations to join Odoo’s partner ecosystem, and introducing their teams to Odoo’s versatile suite of business applications. Your work will directly contribute to creating new revenue streams for partners as they integrate these tools alongside their existing services.
You will manage partner relationships within a defined geographical territory, guiding your partners through onboarding processes and throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful collaboration and mutual growth. Odoo provides comprehensive training on its ecosystem, enabling you to close sales effectively and support tailored implementations that meet each partner’s unique needs. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, extracting data for performance reporting, and managing pipelines to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and timely deal closure. - Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in English and Dutch professional or native bilingual reading writing and speaking
- Strong awareness of software and new technologies
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience

Job Duties
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software employing data analytics CRM score tracking and BANT strategy evaluation
- Develop revenue-increasing strategies using the Odoo scoring lead system projecting business revenue identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and adapting Odoo ERP software for clients with Python and SQL
- Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data analyzing trends and creating dashboards in Odoo software for managerial reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly Account Executive sales quotas through accurate forecasting effective pipeline management and advancing deals to closure within projected timelines
- Work in a consultative manner to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with future partners
