This role is pivotal in supporting bartenders and enhancing the overall guest experience in the bar and lounge areas. The Lounge Bar Back will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with bar setup, restocking inventory, and closing procedures. Additionally, the position requires maintaining cleanliness in bar and lounge spaces, following safety and sanitation standards, and providing cheerful, proactive, and attentive service to guests.
