The Lounge Bartender role at Concord Hospitality is integral to creating memorable experiences for guests by preparing beverages with precision and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $16.80, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation. As a Lounge Bartender, your responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the bar, ensuring proper storage of liquor, fruit, and juices, and preparing cocktails in accordance with established beverage standards using accurate measurements. You will be expected to promptly and professionally process drink orders from guests and servers, adhere strictly to check-handling procedures including credit card policies with no cash tabs, and complete all opening and closing duties as outlined in checklists.

Maintaining a clean and safe bar environment is paramount, which involves regular glassware checks, replenishing ice, cleaning floors, and emptying trash. Additionally, managing inventory of soda, juices, beer, and other bar supplies is crucial to sustaining service efficiency, requiring proper stock rotation and replenishment.
