The Wellness Store Sales Associate position at NHC is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about health, nutrition, and helping others improve their wellness journey. This part-time role, based in Appleton, involves engaging one-on-one with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products that promote better health naturally. This position offers a starting hourly pay of $14.00, with the potential for monthly bonuses ranging from $2.50 to $3.50 per hour, which could bring earnings up to $17.50 per hour. Additional pay incentives are offered for weekend shifts, including $2 extra per hour on Saturdays and $4 extra per hour on Sundays. Job Duties

  • Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products
  • Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro
  • Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress
  • Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting - we call it paid exercise
  • Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!)
  • Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them
  • Opening and closing the store (like a boss)
