The Care Coordinator manages lobby flow, keeps communication clear and efficient, schedules appointments and manages data entry in practice management software including billing and accounts. They assist with medication pickups, provide information about hospital services and products, handle retail sales, and maintain accurate records. The role also involves handling basic medical emergencies for pets and their owners to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times. Financial responsibilities include reconciling the cash drawer and performing end-of-day duties to ensure complete and accurate transactions.

This position offers a pay range of $17.50 to $19.00 USD per hour, and the schedule runs Monday through Saturday. Working at PetVet Care Centers means joining a team dedicated to the philosophy that "life is better with pets" and a culture focused on partnership, collaboration, and local medical autonomy.
