This opportunity seeks enthusiastic individuals for the role of Van Delivery Driver, a crucial position in ensuring that products reach customers promptly and in excellent condition. As a Van Delivery Driver, the candidate will be responsible for delivering products on a variable daily route, maintaining courteous, professional, and safe conduct while operating the delivery van. This role demands strong attention to detail and safe work habits in all aspects of the job. Additionally, drivers partake in store operations before or after their delivery routes, assisting with in-store tasks such as processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale system. Ensuring the proper security of cash, checks, and merchandise by following company policies is also an important responsibility.
Daily duties include accurately locating and picking orders for wholesale customers, building and upholding excellent customer relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and precise deliveries. Van Delivery Drivers also perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational standards are met. In store, drivers help merchandise products, ensure proper inventory rotation, maintain product quality, and assist in organizing top stock, freezer, cooler, and backroom areas in line with company planograms.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience
- at least 1 year in customer service or related field preferred
- unrestricted standard operators license required
- must have a clean driving record with no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years
- must be a minimum of 18 years old
- successfully pass pre-employment checks including drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle report
- must be able to use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds
- able to lift up to 70 lbs
