WSI is currently hiring Valet Porters for evening shifts in the Spanish Springs area. This position is perfect for individuals seeking part-time work with a flexible and predictable schedule that fits seamlessly around existing commitments such as school, caregiving, or a second job. Valet Porters work Monday through Friday evenings, starting typically around 6:30 or 7:00 PM, with shifts lasting 1 to 2 hours. Importantly, there are no weekend shifts, meaning your weekends remain fully free. The role pays $20 per hour at standard sites and $25 per hour at select sites that require the use of a personal open-bed pickup truck, offering a great opportunity for higher earnings. Additionally, WSI offers an $800 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days, rewarding commitment and reliable work performance.

As a Valet Porter, you will be responsible for walking assigned apartment communities in Sparks or Spanish Springs to collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from resident doors and transport these materials to onsite dumpsters or compactors. The role requires some physical activity including walking extensively, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds, all while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Porters will separate recycling materials, check for contamination, tidy common areas, and use a mobile app for check-ins, photo documentation, and leaving courtesy notices as required. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in independent work environments without micromanagement, as you will run your route at your own pace but within a consistent and predictable schedule. Training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
