We pride ourselves on our ability to blend traditional management practices with innovative technology to meet the evolving needs of our residents and property owners. Our commitment extends beyond managing buildings to building lasting relationships and nurturing thriving communities.
We are currently seeking a Valet Associate to join our dynamic team. The Valet Associate is responsible for greeting and assisting residents and guests warmly while ensuring the efficient and safe parking of vehicles using garage car elevators. This position demands a proactive and courteous individual who can anticipate resident needs and respond professionally to various requests, from providing directions to assisting with packages and occasional outdoor tasks such as dog walking and snow removal. The role involves effective communication with the concierge and management team to address resident concerns and maintain a welcoming community atmosphere. Working as a Valet Associate requires physical readiness to stand, walk, lift, and perform tasks in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to weather and operational hazards.

The position also requires flexibility to accommodate extended hours, weekends, and participation in board meetings when necessary. Our ideal candidate will bring at least two years of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in this role.
