The role offered is for a Valet Attendant under general supervision, responsible for providing excellent valet services to hotel guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. This position involves greeting guests with courtesy, assisting with their luggage, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and offering helpful information about the hotel services and local area. The attendant will assist the Doorman with various guest arrival and departure tasks and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Essential duties include marking key tags with vehicle and guest information, explaining parking procedures and fees, ensuring the safe and efficient driving of vehicles, providing directions, and responding promptly to guest inquiries. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests arriving at the hotel in all forms of transportation
- Assist guests with retrieving their luggage from vehicles
- Note existing vehicle damage on key tags appropriately
- Assist Doorman in escorting guests and luggage into the lobby
- Explain valet parking procedures and fees
- Provide directions to the registration area for check-in
- Park vehicles securely and mark key tags with location, guest name, license plate, and vehicle type
- Drive vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide general directions and local information
- Respond to guest questions about transportation, hotel services, and local events
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy toward guests, associates, and vendors
- Ensure guests are greeted professionally within 5 feet when in public hotel areas
