The Valet position at ABM is an excellent opportunity for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, including those with limited experience or education. This requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended durations. Additionally, Valets manage valet payments, reconcile daily revenue accurately, predict peak traffic times, and coordinate additional support during busy periods.

The role demands strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the capability to respond accurately and effectively to guest and team inquiries. Valets must maintain a clean work area and handle cash and tip pooling with integrity. This position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $18.00 plus tips. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and be capable of operating both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
