Job Description

Our company is a reputable residential property management establishment dedicated to providing a superior living experience for residents, tenants, and guests by maintaining a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment. We operate with an emphasis on professionalism, customer satisfaction, and community engagement. As a residential property management firm, we oversee the daily operations of residential communities, managing everything from amenities to security, including vehicle parking and access services. We focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and supported, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled with care and attention to detail.

The role of Valet Associate is integral to this vision, serving as the primary point of contact for residents, tenants, and guests when it comes to parking and vehicle services. This position involves the operation of the garage car elevator system, greeting and assisting residents and guests with their vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service through courteous and professional interactions. Beyond vehicle management, the Valet Associate also supports various community needs such as package assistance, concierge support, and maintenance reporting. This diverse role not only demands technical skills related to vehicle handling and safety but also interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with all community members.

As a Valet Associate, you will greet and open doors for residents and guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming first impression. You will be responsible for safely parking owner, guest, and associate vehicles and retrieving them efficiently using the garage car elevators. Additionally, your duties will include assisting homeowners with valet requests, coordinating with the concierge for resident updates, providing local area information, and occasionally supporting urgent community service tasks such as snow removal, dog walking, and placement of protective mats during inclement weather.

This is a full-time hourly position offering a competitive wage of $25.00 per hour, reflective of the responsibilities and customer service excellence required. The role demands a proactive attitude, professionalism in appearance and conduct, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow staff and management. The Valet Associate must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable, ready to assist during busy periods or during inclement weather conditions to maintain community standards.

Our commitment extends beyond just residential management; we embrace inclusivity and equal opportunity in hiring practices. Candidates may be assessed through an Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) designed to objectively evaluate qualifications relevant to the job. Reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities are also available upon request, underscoring our dedication to fair employment practices.

Joining our team as a Valet Associate means becoming part of a community-centered team that plays a vital role in daily resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers growth potential within property services and the chance to develop skills in customer relations, security, and property operations. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy dynamic work environments, and are committed to safety and professionalism, this role invites you to contribute positively to residents' daily lives and the overall community atmosphere.
