Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Two years of customer service experience
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet and open doors for residents and park owner, guest and associate vehicles utilizing the garage car elevators
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner
- Assist homeowners in and out of vehicles as well as all valet requests
- Communicate regularly with concierge regarding important resident information
- Provide directions to local parks, restaurants, airports, and call for taxi, limo service as needed
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance
- Proactively assist with packages and report maintenance or cleaning requirements to management
- Assist concierge during busy periods and break times
- Assist with trash removal as needed
- Assist with dog walking
- Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or management
- Assist with snow shoveling and ice melt application
- Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events
