Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance listing applicant as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to handle bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property regularly, climb stairs several times per shift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards at assigned apartment communities
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding service issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided safety gear at all times
- Report any maintenance or service disruptions encountered during the shift
