Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof at time of hire
- Smartphone with data plan required
- Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday

- Minimum age of 18 years
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof at time of hire
- Ability to use smartphone with data plan
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents doorsteps
- Carry collected trash to on site dumpsters or compactors
- Walk the property and climb stairs each night rain or shine
- Use mobile app to log work and communicate with team
- Wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while on duty
- Assist with other property services as needed
