We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our team and help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming. This role is perfect for individuals looking for part-time work that keeps them active and provides a steady income. The position requires a personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle hauling a trailer, which is essential for transporting trash and recycling bags within the community. The job involves collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to the onsite trash compactor. Importantly, this role does not include heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping, making it a more manageable physical job.

As a Service Valet, you will use a company-provided mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, such as arrival and departure times, tracking, and photos of any non-compliance issues. This ensures transparency and efficiency in service delivery. This hands-on, physically active position involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while working.

The part-time role typically involves working evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday, starting at either 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, with a work commitment of approximately 10 to 15 hours per week. Pay starts at $18 per hour and the company aims to assign employees to properties close to where they live to reduce commute times and increase convenience.
