Job Requirements
- personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- smartphone with data plan
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to walk and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- ability to use a smartphone and mobile app
- physical ability to walk long distances and carry up to 50 lbs
- reliable and responsible
- able to work scheduled evening shifts
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- transport bags to on-site trash compactor using truck or vehicle with trailer
- use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk property extensively and climb stairs as needed
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and order of apartment community
- follow safety protocols and wear provided gear
