Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with required proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage documentation
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected trash and recycling to on-site trash compactors using a personal vehicle and trailer
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while carrying bags up to 50 lbs
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to maintain community cleanliness
