Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan capable of running the company app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working near bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with proof of coverage
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and walking long distances
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport trash bags to on-site trash compactors using personal vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and photos
- Walk the property extensively including climbing stairs
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding service issues or non-compliance
